  • Melissa Kiguwa

    FOUNDER + VOICE & VISION ARCHITECT

    Creator of the Future Intelligence™ curriculum—a 12-part inner training used by top decision-makers—Melissa pairs nervous-system retraining with interfaith spiritual practice. Training as a Spiritual Director with Unity Worldwide Ministries and holding a master’s from the London School of Economics, with collaborations spanning JPMorgan to the BBC, she helps public leaders unwind chronic tension and return to calm, decisive leadership.

  • Jodi Carey

    BODY RECOVERY ARCHITECT

    Jodi introduced trauma-sensitive yoga to the Marines, supported Olympic athletes in recovery, and was featured in the seminal book on trauma recovery, The Body Keeps the Score by Dr. Bessel van der Kolk. She’s also a former choreographer and broadway performer. Jodi offers movement and body-based emotional release designed for people who lead under pressure.

    Sakina is Director of Population Health at BCBS. She earned her Bachelors from Columbia University in Cellular Neuroscience and Behavior, and soon after finished her Master’s at Arizona State University in the Science of Health Care Delivery as well as her Six Sigma Black Belt Certification.
